RETURNS & REFUNDS

I am private retro collector, NOT a company so I can't offer any warranty or returns/refunds for these retro items. Please keep that in mind.

My responsibility is to deliver your order safely and in fully working condition as advertised. That's why every item is briefly tested again at shipping day and video benchmark is recorded - available upon request after purchase. However, if the product starts to show issues right after delivery I am willing to refund the purchase. In this case, please send me email at classicvga@hotmail.com with your order number, full name and brief description of the issue. Please be advised that some videos/screenshots of the problem might be needed to verify such claim.

Can I cancel my order or make any changes to it?

I work hard to help you get your orders as fast as possible. So as soon as the payment is accepted and the order is confirmed, it is immediately in process to be shipped. This means there is only a very small window of time where I can “catch” your order before it is physically picked, packed and set aside for shipping.

Please email me at classicvga@hotmail.com as soon as possible with the subject line "Cancellation" and your full name and order number. I’ll let you know asap what I can do!

Can I return the product?

No, Sorry. Unless the product is broken - see first paragraph above.

How long does it take to receive the refund?

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

For products to be exchanged, depending on where you live, the time it may take to reach you, may vary. But usually it is not more than regular shipping time while ordering the item.
